When I first started my journey in Healthcare Recruiting, my focus was clear; helping Nurses find amazing jobs that matched their skills, goals, and lifestyles. Over time, I realized something important – our healthcare system isn’t just powered by nurses. Behind every great hospital, clinic, outpatient centers and rehab facilities are incredible Allied Health and Therapy Professionals who play a crucial role in patient care.

That realization sparked a shift in my career, and now I’m proud to say that I don’t just recruit Nurses- I also work closely with Physical Therapists (PT), Computed Tomography (CT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Radiology Techs, Respiratory Therapist (RRT), and more.
